Performances and applications

1. Material of box body :

Made of high quality thermoplastic ABS or PC, standard color - grey RAL7035, uppercover can be transparent or grey as selected, the material has the features of nocorrosion, anti-electrostatic, good insulation.

2. The thickness of box:

The average thickness in the thinnest place is 3mm, the important place thickenedwithout distortion，impact tensile under lKO7 without crack, good looking, solid andstrong, weight about 1/3 or steel box, light, easy to be installed, or able to move freely.

3. Waterproof performance:

Super waterproof, protection grade up to lP66, the water can't be entered even in case ofheavy rain, very safely.

4. Incoming and outgoing hole:

The hole can be opened freely on top as requested by customer, also the position andhole size,after hole is opened, waterproof cable gland will be assembled to get bestsealing effect.

5. Service life:

The common service life will be 5 years according to the normal conditions,if thematerial added with flameproof agent and anti-aging agent, the service life can reachup to 10 years, thermal distortion temperature:-40~85℃

6. Applications:

The waterproof junction box/branch box is mainly used for indoor or outdoor electricnetwork, communications, firefighting equipment, steel metallurgy, petroleum chemical,electronic, power industry, railway, building locations, mining field, hotel, vessel, largefactory，offshore factory,unloading dock equipment,sewage treatment facilities,environmental facilities and etc.
